2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1-2/3 c. reduced fat milk
1 medium banana, mashed (1/2 cup)
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 large eggs
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips
2. Preheat waffle maker. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Pour ½ cup batter onto the center of the lower grid; spread evenly. Allow batter to bubble for 5-10 seconds, then close cover. Cook until golden brown.
Yield: Eight 6-1/2 inch waffles
