Thanksgiving Decorating - Tis the Season to Be Thankful

It's hard to believe Thanksgiving is right around the corner. Where does the time go?

This year I wanted to add some fall flair to the front door to welcome in the fall season.
My daughter Linn made me a basic grapevine wreath to work with. I layered colorful chrysanthemums, fall leaves, pine cones, and various fruits, with my favorite pilgrim boy that my mother-in-law gave me many years ago.

Tom Turkey is here to help make our dining experience extra festive. He was also given to me by my mother-in-law. He was her jive turkey before he became mine. ;o) 

I don't want to leave out the Thanksgiving Pilgrims that my mom gave me.

Linn also made me a new set of white, rustic, wooden pumpkins.

Last but certainly not least, my custom designed blue pumpkins that Clint painted for me. They match his custom designed wooden art piece that he made above the fireplace.
