Look who likes solving equations.
The "Snoop" has the "scoop" on life. | |
Clint returned home from his trip to Altoona with a box of heavenly peanut butter meltaways from Gardners, for me. Well, let me clarify this...it was his "thought" of obtaining a box of my favorite candy, coupled with the generous "action" of his brother Randy that ultimately made my day in a BIG way. Randy bought the biggest box of meltaways I have ever seen... TWO POUNDS OF PURE BLISS! :) I have been sharing them with the whole family, reluctantly. :D He also brought back gifts from Aunt Cheryl! She is the best! :) Sydney LOVES the Frozen game. I have lost count on how many times we have played it. She also sent Aaron this Lego New Testament. It is really neat! Thank you so much Aunt Cheryl! A simple text from Sonic, advertising their 50 cent corndogs, was all it took to totally change our lunch plans in seconds. I packed up the part of our lunch that I started to make, and away we went to Sonic for corndogs! The kids thought this was awesome! It gave them a chance to use the cool lunchboxes that Linn sent them. I tried a new recipe this week ...taco pie. I thought it was a great idea, taco filling baked inside a pie shell. How cool is that! I love pie crust! Clint and Aaron liked it too, but Sydney not so much. Look who likes solving equations. I made a breakfast and a lunch out of one can of biscuits. Mini Cinnamon Rolls Pepperoni and Cheese Pizza Bites This week the kids are officially halfway through the A Beka Academy. This is an academically challenging program and I am so excited that both kids are doing so well.
