Every year when fall arrives, I look for ways to fully embrace this time of year. I start dreaming of ways to decorate the front entrance of our home in an inviting way. In a way that will bring the fall season right to our doorstep.
When I say I start dreaming, I mean I dream BIG, EXPENSIVE dreams like this.

Then I head out to price some of these things and realize that maybe less is best.
Maybe I need to simplify it and just use leaves and pumpkins. Something like this.

And again I head out to price a nice fall outdoor rug, smaller pumpkins, leaf garland and a fall wreath.
My results always end the same way. I use what I already have in my stash of fall decorations from previous years and add two pots of mums. :)
