Hello everybody! Happy Tuesday! I hope y'all are having a great week. After school today I pulled out some of the spring / Easter decorations that I had in storage and did some minimal decorating. In my last post I shared with you that we are in the process of painting our kitchen. I didn't want to get a bunch of decorations out and then have to move things around again. So this year, less is best.
But I did manage to add a pop of bright, cheery, spring colors to the mantel utilizing the pastel, glitter eggs I purchased from Walmart yesterday.
I added some lilies to the flower arrangement in the living room.
I added two more glitter eggs to display on the shelves.
They are not exactly "farm fresh" eggs, but they do sparkle.
I simply must draw your attention to the adorable wooden "Happy Easter" sign with the bunnies and chicks that Linn made me a few years ago. So sweet of her and Eric to make that for me.
I made a simple, spring floral arrangement using the flowers I purchased from Walmart, paired together two white candles on top of a basic cream colored table runner... finished it off by incorporating white plates around the table to add a touch of elegance to the dining room.
We'll be sitting around this table celebrating Easter very soon! Happy decorating!
